Following terms &conditions shall be applicable.

9. Payment through Cheques /Drafts will be in favour of Vedang Colonizer pvt ltd payable at jaipur .outstanding cheques are not accepted only D.D accepted.
10. Payment is not made on due date then interest shall be charged @18%P.A for delayed days but not more than one month.
11. The builder has reserved the rights of application acceptance /cancellation without giving any prior notice to the applicant.
12. Service tax, registration charges &all other taxes shall be charged extra as per norms of central/state department etc.
13. All subjects to Jaipur jurisdiction.
